When you make an order, you accept the general conditions below, applicable for Colour Rain.
Order
All prices are shown in Euro and include VAT and freight.
When you order products at www.colourrain.com, you need to be aware that the agreement is not considered final before you receive an automatic confirmation of order from www.colourrain.com. The confirmation of order will be send to the stated
e-mail adress. Orders from Norway deductible VAT in the price.
Payment
You have the following options of payment:

Dankort, Visa Electron card, Mastercard, VISA, JCB and American Express. The money is drawn when your poster has been dispatched from Colour Rain.
As soon as we have received your order via the Internet we will send you an e-mail with a confirmation of order.
This e-mail will contain the total payment sum and an order number.
When the order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your invoice.
Confirmation of order
A copy of the confirmation of order is shown in connection with the completion of the purchase. In addition, the confirmation of order is sent by e-mail to the address stated by the customer in connection with the purchase.
Subsequently, you can obtain your confirmation of order online, if you set up an account at www.colourrain.com.
Security
If you pay by payment card or e-dankort card, you are always protected against abuse. There is no own risk in case your card is abused at an internet store which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. So, you are better secured than in the physical world where you have an own risk of 1.200 DKK, if your dankort card
is abused when using the pin code. The data you send when paying with payment cards, is encrypted (SSL), and so it is only PBS that can read it. It is not possible for Colour Rain nor others to read the information. The sum for the items is first drawn when the items are dispatched from Colour Rain. Never send money to Colour
Rain via letter. We cannot take responsibility for possibly missing cash, checks, stamps or other things send to Colour Rain via letter.
Registration of information
www.colourrain.com registers your name, your address, your e-mail address and your telephone number as well as invoice in the customer file when you make a purchase. This is done in order to be able to deliver the item to the correct address, to send the confirmation of the order and other relevant information to your e-mail address and to be able to contact you via telephone concerning problems with the stated information. The information is not passed on, but www.colourrain.com keeps the registration for five years as the law prescribes. The management of the company is responsible for the data. Further information on personal information policy on www.

Delivery
The normal time of delivery Denmark is 3 days + 3 work days for delivery. Europe and the rest of the world is 10 days + 3 work days for delivery. It is not in all cases that Colour Rain will be able to state the date of delivery since it can dependent on Colour Rain‘s sub-suppliers and the freight companies.
The time of delivery can be longer in connection with public holidays, Colour Rain suppliers’ holiday periods and faulty deliveries from suppliers.
Post Denmark handles the delivery.
You will be contacted when the item is dispatched.
If the customer wishes delivery of the item without personal reception Post Denmark and Colour Rain disclaims any responsibility for the security and condition of the item. At the bottom of the confirmation of the order there will be a note that must be signed, if you not at home at the time, go to a nearly post office with your confirmation.
Delivery can take place in Denmark. Contact us for delivery to foreign countries.
To the Nordic countries, agreement of order is in Danish.
Delays
If delays occur, the customer is only entitled to cancel the agreement if he, at the time of entering into the agreement, has specified the significance of delivery on time, and, moreover, that he from Colour Rain has gotten approval that this can be maintained.
If the item is delayed, or the item has flaws, you can complain to the address or telephone number below. Complaints concerning flaws of the item have to be submitted within reasonable time after you have discovered the flaw or should have discovered the flaw by a normal review of the item. You can complaint in writing or verbally.
Two years after the reception of the item, the right to complaint, pursuant to the Danish Sale of Good Acts § 83, sub-clause 1, ceases unless otherwise agreed.
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel your buy. In that case the item has to be wraped up in the original packing and be in the hands of Colour Rain no more than 14 days after your reception, or reception of the item has to be denied.
The right of cancellation can not be used if it only happens to damage Colour Rain.
Returning
In case of returned items, a copy of the original invoice and information on whether you wish to exchange the item or get the money back has to be enclosed. If you use the right of cancellation, you will get your money back as soon as we have received the item and have had the opportunity to examine it. The money will be transferred
to your bank account. In that case we need your registration and account number (NOT the card number).
The item has to be sent no more than 14 days after the reception. The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. If the original packaging is not enclosed, it is possible that the item is not returned in the same condition. Labels etc. must not be removed from the item. Damaged returned items received by Colour Rain will not be exchanged or refunded if the damage is due to incorrect or flawed packaging at the returning.
In case of determined flaws or damages on the item after opening the packaging, please contact Colour Rain immediately. Colour Rain requires documentation for possible flaws or damage in the way of pictorial material of both packaging, item and enclose a detailed description.
Returned items are handled in the order that we receive them. If you have not heard from us within 9 days after sending the returned item, please contact us.
Notifications of defects
According to the Danish Sale of Good Acts, a 24 month right to notification of defects is provided. The right to notification of defects means that you, as a customer, can complain because of flaws and lacks in the item which have occurred within 24 months after the purchase. However, it is a condition that these lacks have not occurred due to incorrect use of the item or otherwise damaging behaviour that has caused the lack.
You must file the complaint within reasonable time after you have discovered the lack. You must file a complaint within 14 days from your detection of the flaws or damages. As a consumer you can demand a replacement delivery of the item as long as the replacement delivery does not entail unreasonable costs for Colour Rain or is otherwise impossible.
